Welcome to Esque Apartment, South Yarra! Our apartment is 901/649 Chapel Street, South Yarra. Key collection/Drop off point: Keynest Key collection/drop-off hours are STRICTLY from 9.30am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. Parking: NO car space is available at the property. Street parking with time restriction applies. Once you enter the building, walk towards the lift and go up to level 9. Apartment 901 is on your right. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to call 0481 819 096. We're here to ensure you have a wonderful stay!
House Rules
Check-in : from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Check-out : by 10:00 am Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes is prohibited. No pets allowed. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home, or neighbours. Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels. Quiet hours applied from 10pm - 8am Daily. Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer. Please handle keys and fobs carefully; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests. Please adhere to the check-out time to allow us to prepare the property for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
