Welcome to our townhouse! Access Instructions: Address: 4/180 Glenlyon Road, Brunswick East Parking: One (1) car space is available at the property. There are also Street parking available for additional vehicles - note: time restrictions apply. The main entrance is through the side gate of 11 Jenkin St, Brunswick East. Enter the side gate next to garage door, walk towards the second unit where it says number 4 on the door. Smart lock is attached on the side door (at the carport) - Unique 6-digit code for the smart lock will be provided on your arrival date. You will then find the garage remote with front door key hanging on the wall. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to call 0481 819 096. We're here to ensure you have a wonderful stay!
House Rules
Check-in : from 3:00 pm Check-out : by 10:00 am Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes is prohibited. No pets allowed. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home, or neighbours. Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels. Quiet hours applied from 10pm - 8am Daily. Please leave the home neat & tidy. Cleaner may charge for additional housekeeping time if their team is required to stay longer. Please handle keys carefully; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests. Please adhere to the check-out time to allow us to prepare the property for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
