Welcome to Palladium Tower!
Our apartment is 4302/245 City Road, Southbank.
Key collection/Drop off point (about 400m from the apartment): 42-44 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia (7am - 11pm)
Carpark Access:
The carpark entrance is via Catherine Street. Drive up to Level 4, bay 416. To access the lift lobby, go through the door on the left side (when facing the driveway). Use the fob on the reader and select Level 43.
Entering from the Front of the Building:
Enter through the main sliding doors, then use the fob on the reader to your right to access the main lobby. Walk towards the concierge, then turn right. You’ll see another reader—tap your fob again to access the lift. Inside the lift, tap the fob on the reader and select Level 43. Apartment 4302 will be on your left.

We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home, or neighbours.
Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels. Quiet hours applied from 10pm - 8am Daily.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. Cleaner may charge for additional housekeeping time if their team is required to stay longer.
Please handle keys and fobs carefully; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
Please adhere to the check-out time to allow us to prepare the property for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
