Key collection/Drop off point: Keypal (24 hours access) Southern Cross Station, Shop 13/99 Spencer St, Docklands VIC 3000 Parking: NO car space is available at the property. The nearest paid secured car park is in Spencer Outlet. Use the white swipe card to access the lobby. Take the lift on the left to Level 19, turn right as you exit the lift, then left—Apartment 1909 is the second unit on the right.

House Rules
Check-in : from 3:00 pm onwards Check-out : by 10:00 am Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes is prohibited. No pets allowed. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home, or neighbours. Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels. Quiet hours applied from 10pm - 8am Daily. Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer. Please handle keys and fobs carefully; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests. Please adhere to the check-out time to allow us to prepare the property for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
